Wellness Plans
A wellness plan is designed to specifically meet the needs of you, as an individual, whether you are looking for strength training, stretching, a workout routine, nutrition needs and anything in between!
These plans are designed with long term “lifestyle changes” in mind, so they start with attainable goals to reach over the course of a few weeks to a month, where we then revisit whether you want to start a new plan, or just work on your own to continue these changes to feel better. Sometimes people just need a start, and it's hard to know where that is. So I put that together for you and we go from there!
Some plans consist of only stretches, some are nutrition focused, some are specifically for strength building, some have a blend of everything. I design the plan for what you need. Many people prefer a plan like this, over going to a class, or trying to google or youtube things to do, because you can do it on your own time and it is very body specific to your needs.
If you decide you would like to start a Wellness Plan, please reach out so we can schedule your initial consultation. Once that is all done, then I send that to you and you begin! Part of the program is you being self-accountable. So although I am technically designing your wellness plan, you are the one that needs to make sure that you are following along to meet your goals, whether that is to do your stretches, relieve pain, get stronger, lose weight, etc.
These plans are a one time blend of exercise, nutrition, stretching, etc that is sent out to you. There are NOT recipes included in this plan, but there are food ideas included to help you along as you begin your journey into your new lifestyle!!
