About The Wellness Room/The Wyld Iris

The Wellness Room/The Wyld Iris is an independently owned small, holistic business.

As the name, "The Wellness Room", implies, the main idea behind my small business is to take care of yourself in all ways. Physically, Mentally, & Emotionally. I started out as a Yoga instructor in 2013, and became a LMT in 2017, I followed that up with a certificate in Nutrition.

"The Wyld Iris" is my sister business! That includes the baking, and botanical side of business!

Ive been gardening, growing and using herbs since the late 90's, playing with tea blends for different things. I've been baking since the mid 90's and have really fallen in love with bread baking over the past 5 years. After some push from some friends and family I decided to add it to my Wellness Business, and added a "sister business" that I named The Wyld Iris.

I offer massage therapy, yoga, teas, breads, and botanical products. Using teas, body care and healthy foods are ways other than massage therapy that we can take care of ourselves. Indulging in things we enjoy are important to our overall wellness. All of the teas, breads and body care products are made with clean, ingredients, in house and most are made to order, to keep things fresh.

I graduated from the American College Massage School with 1000 hours of education, and am a professional member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals since 2016.

I became an  ISSA Nutrition Specialist (2020) and have been a certified Yoga Instructor through YogaFit since 2013.

Incorporating  Massage, Yoga, Nutrition and herbalism has allowed me to build a business with attention to caring naturally for the body  as a whole.

Im a huge lover of nature and when Im not massaging, building nutrition plans, baking, teaching yoga or crafting up body products and teas, you can usually find me hanging out with my husband and dogs out in the woods, running or mountain biking a single-track trail, traveling, reading or in the kitchen cooking up a healthy meal.
