Breads are all hand kneaded, hand stretched, have 2 rise times and are baked in a Dutch oven. There may be differences in shape due to ingredients and cookware. No bread machines/or other machines are used during this process. Orders are processed/baked in the order received, and in the order of pick up date. Bread orders take a minimum of 24 hours from order recognition to pick up. Breads are never frozen, and always made fresh for pick up.

Cinnamon, Raisin, Brown Sugar: this loaf is great for dessert toasted with butter sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar or made into a morning french toast. (this can be made without the raisins if you prefer, please note that when placing your order)

Italian Herb and Cheese: a blend of Italian cheeses, basil, oregano and thyme. Makes a really good garlic bread! 

BLT Bread: parmesean, basil, oregano, and thyme. A favorite in the summer when tomato season is going strong for a super yummy BLT!

Sundried Tomato Basil: the title speaks for the ingredients! a fun flavor blend to turn into grilled cheese, garlic bread, or use as sandwich bread!

Jalapeno/Cheddar: one of my best sellers! jalapenos home grown in our garden, blended with a sharp cheddar. its good everyway you make it! (the baking cools the jalepeno down, so you miss the heat, but get the flavor)

* Fruit and Nut! this favorite is back for a 2nd year! sweetened with brown sugar, mixed with a blend of walnuts, and dried berries. delicious as is, toasted, or used with sandwiches!! 

Pizza Dough: $5.00

1 dough makes a pizza that will feed 1-2 people. (my husband says 1 dough feeds 1 person, so take that as you will ) Also, please note that this is frozen dough, so you will need to get it in the freezer after purchase or use it within a day or 2 of purchase. 

Plain: a plain white dough  

Italian: a white dough seasoned with garlic, basil, oregano, and thyme
