Meal plans are put together based on your specific goals, time you want to spend in the kitchen, and your overall lifestyle. All meal plans are put together in an easy to follow format. With meal plans, your meals are laid out, all recipes are included, an easy to follow grocery list, weekly/daily hints and tips to help make meal planning and prepping easy. These are the most hands-on nutrition plans I offer. I am taking all the weight off of you, putting together everything you need to help you meet your new nutrition goals. All you have to do is make the food!
All plans include: breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. You can make these plans to fit your needs. The plan is based on what works for you and your day to day life.
Includes: all access to meal plans, recipes, grocery list, recommended macros (fats, carbs, proteins), recommended water intake, recommended calories, list of tools to meet goals, weekly weigh-ins (only if you want to weigh in, you do NOT have to), weekly check in to go over how things are going, changes to plan if necessary. Guidance Plans are simplified monthly plans to help assist in reaching your goals. (this is NOT a meal plan) Taking the information we go over during your consultation, I put together the information needed to help you start and stick to your new eating habits. Every week you will get an email with information that is specific to you. Each week that information will include: your recommended macros, calories, water intake, recipes: 1 breakfast idea, 1 lunch idea, 1 dinner idea and 1 snack idea, grocery list to match, 1 strength exercise, 1 stretch, and 1 cardio idea. Each week's information will be different. This plan is more of a self-accountable plan, whereas I will provide you with the tools to begin to make changes. Consultation required.

Personal Nutrition Education is a one time configuration based on your consultation that provides you with the necessary tools, specific to your needs and goals, to begin your own self supported nutrition change in your day to day life. You are 100% self accountable with this program. Information is sent to you one time with all the information to help you reach your goals. Check-ins are towards the end of your month where we will go over your weight, how things are going, etc and decide if you would like to continue into the next month.
Includes: Recommended macros, recommended calories, water intake recommendation, recommended foods, list of tools to help reach goals. This plan does NOT include recipes. Consultation required.

Personal Weekly Nutrition Information is a weekly newsletter sent through email to help keep you on track. The information is based on your consultation, and is specific to your goals. This is a monthly sign up. This can be an add-on to the above plans or purchased alone. It can help with giving extra ideas to help reach goals and not get too bored with trying to figure it out all by yourself. I will reach out at the end of the month to check in and renew. Consultation required.
Includes: 1 strength exercise, 1 stretch, 1 cardio idea, 1 recipe every week for the month.

Initial Nutrition Consultation is the required initial meeting where we will discuss everything we need to put together a meal plan, or any other nutrition program you desire. These can be done in person, or over the phone. (most, but not all nutrition programs require a consultation)
